1. Quotations
All quotations follow a free site survey and are valid for 15 days. Final pricing depends on actual cabling distance and site conditions, confirmed before work starts.
2. Genuine products & warranty
We supply genuine Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, HP, Dell, Lenovo and other branded products with GST bill. Manufacturer warranty applies as per brand policy; service / labour warranty is 90 days on our installation work.
3. Payment
50% advance with order, balance on completion and testing. AMC (annual maintenance) is billed yearly in advance.
4. Service & support
Support is provided from our Nagpur head office and Butibori branch during working hours (Mon–Fri 9:30–7, Sat 9:30–5). Physical damage, power-surge damage without UPS, and third-party tampering are not covered under free support.
5. Reviews
Reviews left via our /review page are voluntary customer opinions posted by customers on their own Google accounts.
